Ambershaw completes interagency panel briefing and proceeds towards ADEX permit

Ambershaw Metallics Inc ('Ambershaw' or 'AMI') is pleased to announce that an interagency panel briefing has been completed, marking a major milestone in the process towards obtaining the advanced exploration ('ADEX') permit for the Bending Lake magnetite ore deposit. Based on the positive feedback received at the meeting, Ambershaw is satisfied with the progress to date and adjusts its estimates for the timing for the ADEX permit to Q1 2019. Ambershaw has commenced work on updating its bankable feasibility study and commence sample production for evaluation by end users immediately upon receipt of the ADEX permit.

Aiming for semi-industrial pilot production in China using CRSM technology

Oslo (Norway) – 7 November 2018: Element ASA (‘Element’ or ‘the company’) has decided to commence work to build a semi-industrial pilot plant and process 500 tons of nickel ore from the mindoro deposit using crsm technology. The company completed lab tests which successfully resulted in upgrading the low-grade mindoro nickel ore in June 2017. If successful in a semi-industrial test the crsm technology will give grounds for a new business model with heavily reduced capex, lower break-even and considerably more environmentally friendly production.

Ambershaw Metallics Inc on track for mining operations

Oslo, 30 August 2018: Ambershaw Metallics INC ('Ambershaw' OR 'AMI') today formally filed the final application to start sample mining under the advanced exploration permit ('ADEX') in the initial mining phase. The final application is a result of continuous dialogue and guidance from the ministry of energy, northern development and mines ('MENDM') prior to filing. Ambershaw accordingly expect approval within 30-45 days. Ambershaw is prepared and scheduled to start sample production immediately following the approval
